Notices of motion must be received by the OCHL Secretary a minimum of 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting
Executive elections will be held at this meeting for the 2012-13 season, and all people seeking a position must apply in writing a minimum of 48 hours prior to the Annual General Meeting, to the president
Volunteers are always required and welcome
The Annual General meeting is open to all members of the Oshawa Church Hockey League
